Our client is looking for an experienced Manufacturing manager with extensive experience working in the Dairy industry. You will be working at our state of the art Central Processing Unit; you will be an energetic self-starter with the drive and skills to work for the fastest growing company in the GCC. The company has very ambitious growth plans and this is underpinned by its commitment to recruiting the best staff from around the world.
The Role
You will be used to working in a multi-cultural environment your challenge will be to:
- Ensure that staff with the necessary skills are trained and available to run the plant.
- Drive the continuous improvement process to achieve gains in efficiency and quality.
- Co-ordinate with necessary departments regarding safety, human resources expansion, quality, new product development.
Key Features
This is a substantial operation.
- Processing up to 200+ million litres of raw milk and 170+ million litres of juice per annum
- Multi million USD Operating overhead budget
- Circa 300 employees
- Direct Reports : 3 Snr Production Managers
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree / Formal Qualification on Food / Dairy Technology OR HND/Diploma in Dairy Science or equivalent.
Essential
- Minimum 10 years experience in FMCG environment – Dairy Processing.
- Exposure to World Class Manufacturing environment.
- Excellent People management and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills
